DESIGN4STU'S

In this 8 week project, it is expected that students develop fixed or movable furniture designs to meet the needs of peer students in their daily activities, such as working, exhibiting, eating and resting, in the open and closed areas of our university campus.
Within the scope of the project, you may suggest product concepts that allow students on campus to benefit individually and / or as a group. Product concepts can be proposed for either indoor or outdoor use, for the various districts of the campus.
Typical design criteria for products with shared use are being adaptive, safe, durable, easily renewable and repairable. In addition, students are expected to develop designs that are compatible with the institution's identity while taking into consideration aesthetic and sensual concerns, and have high producibility.
